A focused decision-making session for early-stage consultancy founders.


When you're still shaping your consultancy - maybe pre-revenue, maybe still working a full-time job - it’s easy to end up carrying a heavy mental load. You have ideas, experience, and instincts... but too many open questions. Too many decisions that keep slipping to “later.” Too much noise and not enough structure.

Over time, that uncertainty becomes its own form of friction. It slows progress, eats headspace, and makes everything feel harder than it should. And even when you know what “good” looks like, it’s surprisingly difficult to find clarity on your own. We’re all too close to our own work.

A Clarity Session is simply a dedicated space to work through one important challenge with someone who understands early-stage consultancies, the messiness of the concept phase, and how to turn ambiguity into something you can act on.

It’s not coaching. It’s not therapy. And it’s not a generic “pick my brain” call.

It’s a structured, collaborative working session designed to help you make one real decision - and leave the call feeling lighter, clearer, and moving again.

What's Included

  • A short Pre-Call Clarity Intake:
    Five simple questions that help us focus the conversation before we even meet. It keeps the call tight and ensures we work on the real constraint rather than the one that’s easiest to describe.
  • Founders’ Notes Prompt:
    Before the call, I’ll ask you to write a short paragraph about the decision you’ve been postponing and what “better” would look like. Many founders say this step alone helps them see the issue more clearly.
  • A deep, unrushed Strategy Conversation (as long as needed, typically ~90 minutes):
    We’ll zero in on whatever feels most urgent or confusing right now.

    Common topics include: Who your real buyer is, how to position your expertise, whether your revenue goals are viable, what your entry offer should look like, how to prioritize your next month of work, how to interpret early signals from the market.

    There’s no script. Bring the messy problem, and we’ll work through it together.
  • Clarity Guarantee:
    You will leave the session with one decision made and at least one concrete next step. If we’re not there yet, I’ll stay on the call until we are.
  • A 1-page Decision Summary (within 48 hours):
    You’ll receive a simple document that captures: (1) The decision we made, (2) the options we considered, (3) my recommendation and the reasoning behind it, (4) your next three steps, (5) risks and watchouts to keep in mind.
  • One week of follow-up support:
    If questions come up or you want a quick gut-check, you can email me anytime during the following week. I’ll help you refine the decision or stay on track.

You are free to record the call for future reference.

Who It’s For

The Clarity Session is not for everyone. This is designed specifically for:

  • Founders in the concept stage who are still shaping what the business is.
  • Consultants or advisors trying to take early steps while still working full-time.

Pricing

The investment for a Clarity Session is $750 per session. Payment is required before scheduling.
