Concept To Clarity Sprint

Turn your consulting idea into something real - clear, viable, and ready to take to market.

Starting a consultancy is exciting. It’s also disorienting.

You’re full of experience, intuition, and ideas. But when everything is still in your head, it’s hard to know what to focus on or what the business should even be. Before you earn your first dollar, you’re facing decisions that shape everything: who you help, what problem you solve, how you explain what you do, how you price, and what kind of life you want this business to support.

Trying to figure all of this out alone can be exhausting. Most founders end up in a loop of thinking, revisiting, second-guessing, and starting over. Weeks pass. Then months. And the business still feels vague.

The Concept to Clarity Sprint is built to break that loop.

It gives you structure, partnership, and a way to turn your early ideas into a business you can actually start building.

This is grounded in our Decide → Design → Do approach. Most pre-revenue founders jump into doing - social posts, websites, tinkering with offers - before the core decisions are made. And without those decisions, execution feels scattered.

This sprint flips the order so you finally move forward with clarity.

Who It’s For

This sprint is right for you if:

  • You’re pre-revenue, or the business still feels more like an idea than an actual firm.
  • You’re unsure who your real client is, or what problem you should own.
  • You’ve done free work but don’t know how to turn it into something paid.
  • You’re torn between different directions or ICPs.
  • You’re trying to replace your salary eventually, but you don’t know if the model can support it.
  • You’re tired of “thinking about this” and want to start building something real.

This sprint gives you the structure, momentum, and confidence you’ve been missing.

What You’ll Walk Away With

The goal is simple: Designing a consultancy that makes sense -on paper, in your head, and in the market.

You’ll walk away with:

  • A Consultancy Compass: your vision, numbers, constraints, and what “success” truly looks like.
  • A positioning thesis and an ICP hypothesis you can actually test.
  • A grounded Strategy Sketch that explains why clients would choose you.
  • A practical offer ecosystem, including a real entry offer or pilot.
  • A go-to-market plan that reflects who you are, not who “gurus” tell you to be.
  • A sustainable operating rhythm (your ideal week, your core routines).
  • A 90-day roadmap that removes guesswork and tells you what to do first.
  • A one-page Launch Draft to help you start conversations confidently.
  • A well-organized Launch Repository with all your assets and templates.
  • 30 days of implementation guidance so you don’t walk away and get stuck again.

You won’t just understand your business. You’ll feel ready to move.

A Process In Six Acts

We won’t power through a rigid checklist. Instead, we move through six decisions that create the spine of your business. Each call pushes the fog back a little more.

We start with your Consultancy Concept, describing the business you actually want to run. What success looks like for you. What’s non-negotiable. What kind of clients fit your goals. What “viability” means in real numbers. This anchors everything that comes next.

Then we get clear on your positioning, which includes both your ICP and practice area. You’ll leave with a simple, testable hypothesis rather than a vague “target market.” A narrow positioning makes everything easier, from marketing and business development to delivery and client retention.

Next comes your Strategy Sketch: A simple but powerful asset that forces you to articulate why you're different and how you will win. The angle only you can take. How you frame the problem. How you talk about your work so it clicks.

With that in place, we sketch your client purchasing path and shape your first pilot offer. Something small, real, and sellable that bridges conversations to paid work. No overthinking, no bloated service menus.

Then we map your go-to-market plan to win your first handful of clients. What are the recommended motions to start with, and which initiatives actually match your personality and stage. Something you can actually stick to.

And finally, we design your operating rhythm - your week, your habits, the practical way this all becomes real in your life.

By the end, the business stops living in your head. It becomes something structured and buildable.

How the Sprint Supports You Along the Way

Everything we do is meant to make your early decisions easier, lighter, and more grounded.

Before we start, you’ll complete a short Early-Stage Diagnostic. It highlights where you’re already strong and where we need to focus. Most founders say it reveals blind spots they didn’t know were there.

Throughout our work, we’ll keep a simple Decision Log, a running record of what you’ve decided, why, and what each decision unlocks. It becomes your anchor whenever doubts show up later.

You’ll also get a Founder Decision Kit, with templates and tools for your ICP, offers, messaging, GTM, and weekly planning. These become the building blocks of your early practice.

Once your strategy and offers take shape, we’ll craft a short Launch Draft: a one-page story about who you help, what problem you solve, and how people can work with you. It becomes your first external message - perfect for your network, intros, or early conversations.

At the end, I organize everything - assets, decisions, templates, notes - into one Launch Repository. You’ll have a clean, structured home for the business you’re building.

To make the transition from planning to doing easier, you’ll commit to a few Day Zero Activation Tasks. These are simple, doable actions you’ll take within 48 hours after the sprint. The goal is to build momentum and get you in a output-focused mindset.

Finally, for the following 30 days you’ll have open email access for questions, drafts, and gut-checks (plus the option to book a short office-hours session if you need it). You won’t finish the sprint and disappear into the wilderness.

The investment for a Clarity Session is $5,000. Payment is required upfront before scheduling.

  • It covers all six calls, the diagnostic, all deliverables, your repository, and 30 days of support.
  • Because this sprint requires deep involvement, Danilo only runs one Concept to Clarity Sprint per month. You get his full attention, not a squeezed-in timeslot.
  • Optional next step: if later you want help implementing the roadmap, we can explore the Growth Orchestration advisory - only if and when it makes sense.

To apply, please check availability with Danilo. You’ll receive a personal link to schedule your sprint.
