Relationship Network Audit

The 90-minute working session that turns your contact list into a source of pipeline, trust, and visibility.

The problem with most BD advice is that it skips the inventory.

Before you can build a referral engine, run an outreach campaign, or decide who to follow up with this week... you need to know what you're actually working with. Who's in your network. Where each relationship genuinely stands. Who's positioned to refer. Who's close to buying and doesn't know it yet. Who you've been meaning to contact for eight months.

Most founders have never done this audit. Not because they don't care, but because there's never been a structured way to do it in under a day.

The Relationship Network Audit is a live 90-minute working session with a BCC advisor. You come with your contact list. You leave with a prioritized network map and a 30-day activation routine built around your specific buyers and triggers.

What We Build Together

The session is structured around four outputs, produced in real time:

  • Your scored contact map. We work through your top 50 contacts together, tagging each one by relationship stage, role type, and ICP proximity. You'll see your network clearly (probably for the first time) organized by who's worth contacting now, who needs warming, and who belongs in your long-term nurture rhythm.
  • Your three lists. Using the 15-50-150 cadence, we sort your contacts into three tiers: the core 15 who deserve close and constant attention, the secondary 50 who need a monthly touch, and the broader 150 who stay warm through your content and less frequent 1:1 outreach. This is the operating structure of a founder-led, relationship-activation go-to-market motion.
  • Your Referral Surface Area score. We calculate how much of your network is actively referral-capable  (by density, distribution, and activation rate) and diagnose where the gaps are. Most founders are surprised. Either the network is warmer than they thought and they've been underusing it, or the concentration risk is higher than they realized and one relationship type is carrying everything.
  • Your 30-day activation routine. Based on your buyer triggers, relationship stage distribution, and current bandwidth, we design a specific outreach rhythm you can start the following week. Not a generic cadence - one calibrated to your firm, your ICP, and the signals that actually put your buyers in the market.

Who This Is For

This session is designed for founder-led boutique consulting firms, typically 1-10 people, where most business development happens through relationships rather than inbound or cold outreach. You should come with a clear enough sense of your ICP that we can use it as a filter. We're not doing positioning work in this session, we're doing network work.

It's particularly useful if you've completed the free Relationship Network Audit prototype and want to go beyond the structural diagnosis into a live, personalized system.

How It Works

You book a 90-minute slot. Before the session, you download your LinkedIn connections export and fill in a short intake form. That takes ten minutes and lets us come prepared.

The session runs on video call. We share a working Google Sheet and build your network map live. By the end of the 90 minutes, the sheet is yours - a working document, that you can either use as is or import into your CRM of choice. If you decide to continue into Growth Orchestration after the session, the audit becomes the foundation we build on.

Pricing

The investment for a Clarity Session is $1,000 per session. Payment is required before scheduling. If you continue into Growth Orchestration within 60 days of the audit, the session fee is credited in full.

To apply, please check availability with Danilo. You’ll receive a personal link to schedule your session.

Not sure if this is the right starting point? Run the free prototype first - submit your LinkedIn export and website URL, and receive a structural analysis of your network within 48 hours. The audit workshop picks up where the prototype leaves off.
